Print at Home: Once you’ve downloaded the file, print the invitations on sturdy 80 lb cardstock for best results.

Print at a Print Shop: For professional results consider getting these invitations printed at your local print shop (UPS Store, Staples, etc).

Tips for Cutting: Scissors are probably the most common tool for the job, but if you have to cut out large amounts I would recommend using a paper guillotine!
