How to Use these Heidi illustrated Tic-Tac-Toe Cards

Option 1 – In the Bag

Add a tic-tac-toe game card to a plastic bag. Include a few pieces of candy to use as game pieces. (Other options include: clear treat bags, cellophane bags, or any clear bags).

Option 2 – On Top of the Bag

Use your Valentine’s Day tic-tac-toe card as a bag topper after putting 10-12 small pieces of candy inside.

Option 3 – On the Bag
